Use of PawWell

You may use PawWell for personal pet-care organization in accordance with applicable law. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for maintaining access to your Apple account and devices.

Not veterinary advice

PawWell is an organizational tool, not a veterinary service, medical device, emergency service, or diagnostic system. Content and recommendations are general information only. Consult a licensed veterinarian before changing supplements, medication, diet, or treatment. For emergencies, contact a veterinarian or animal emergency hospital immediately.

Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Apple charges your account and manages cancellation, refunds, trials, pricing, and renewal under App Store rules. You can manage subscriptions in Apple account settings. Features and prices shown during purchase are the authoritative offer.

Your content and exports

You retain responsibility for records you enter and reports you export. Review exported information before sharing it with a veterinarian or another person.

Availability and liability

We aim to keep PawWell reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free reminders, data synchronization, or suitability for a particular medical purpose. To the extent permitted by law, PawWell is provided as available without warranties, and liability is limited to the amount you paid for PawWell during the preceding 12 months.

Changes and contact
