Information you provide

PawWell stores information you enter, including pet profiles, health observations, supplement schedules, inventory, reminders, notes, and veterinarian contact details.

Storage and iCloud

Data is stored on your device. If you enable iCloud Sync, Apple CloudKit stores and synchronizes your PawWell data in your private iCloud database under your Apple account. PawWell does not operate a separate account server for this data.

Purchases

Apple processes subscriptions and purchase history. PawWell receives verified entitlement status and does not receive your full payment-card details.

Analytics, advertising, and tracking

PawWell does not sell personal information, show third-party advertising, or track you across apps and websites. The current version does not use third-party analytics SDKs.

Sharing

Information is shared only when you choose to export or share a report, when Apple provides iCloud or App Store services, or when required by law.

Retention and deletion

Your records remain until you delete them in PawWell, delete the app's iCloud data, or remove the app and its local data. The Delete All Data action removes PawWell records available to the app. App Store purchase records are retained by Apple under Apple's policies.

Children

PawWell is intended for adult pet owners and is not directed to children under 13.

Security and changes

We use Apple platform security and private CloudKit storage where enabled. No system is completely secure. Material policy changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date.
