Subscriptions
Use Restore Purchases in PawWell after reinstalling or changing devices. Manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings under your Apple Account subscriptions. Apple handles billing and refund requests.
iCloud Sync
Confirm that both devices use the same Apple Account, iCloud Drive is enabled, PawWell has iCloud access, and both devices are online. Sync timing is controlled by CloudKit and may not be immediate.
Deleting data
Use Settings → Delete All Data to remove records available to PawWell. You may also manage PawWell iCloud data through Apple device settings.

重装或更换设备后可在 PawWell 中使用“恢复购买”。订阅管理和取消请前往 iOS 设置中的 Apple 账户订阅页面,账单和退款由 Apple 处理。
iCloud 同步
请确认设备使用同一 Apple 账户、已开启 iCloud Drive、允许 PawWell 使用 iCloud,并保持联网。CloudKit 同步可能不会立即完成。
删除数据
在设置中选择“删除所有数据”可删除 PawWell 能访问的记录,也可以在 Apple 设备设置中管理 PawWell 的 iCloud 数据。
